A new Commonplace is launched to share more information about the Masterplan and works on site. Click here to sign up for updates.
Changes are proposed to Phase One in late 2024 to comply with updated fire safety standards and deliver more public benefits, including more affordable homes and more green space. There were 7 dedicated workshops, 6 drop-in events and 3 public workshops about the changes, attended by more than 200 people. Click here to see the boards from the consultation exhibition.

2025 and beyond
The Homebase demolition is completed in early 2025.
Following the community consultation, the proposed changes to Phase One were submitted to Camden Council in February for their consideration and consultation.
Works to reconfigure the car park are due to begin in 2025, taking the total number of parking spaces to 200 and adding improved pedestrian walkways and greenery.
Phase One will then be ready for construction to begin.
